Phase One – ASSESSMENT
The critical therapist consultants will meet with managers and employees to gain an understanding of the current work environment. The assessment consists of a report covering individual and environmental challenges within the workplace.
Phase Two – TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS
The training/workshops are intended to provide individual participants with a safe space in which to discuss their issues without repercussion. Simultaneously, we conduct workshops in group setting to analyze group dynamics that function to impede individual and corporate/business/non-profit success.
CTC works with executives and managers to help create collaborative work environments. Our critical therapy consultant conduct Executive Sessions where we listen to your concerns and provide feedback. We will outline the benefits of partnering with CTC from an executive perspective, on the problems mentioned and layout a framework of what and how a successful solution may look like.
The partnership between the client and CTC will be tailored to the client’s unique needs.
