The Critical Therapy Center is available for consulting to help clarify organizational purposes and goals. We also offer our services to groups and individuals within organizations.

Phase One – Assessment
Critical therapy consultants will meet with business leaders and employees to gain an understanding of the current work environment. The deliverable from the assessment is a report that covers individual and environmental problems within the workplace.
Phase Two – Training and Workshops
The training/workshops are intended to provide individual participants with a safe space in which to discuss their issues without repercussion. Simultaneously, we conduct workshops in group setting to analyze group dynamics that function to impede individual and corporate success.
Our critical therapy consultants will conduct an Executive Overview session that will frame the benefits of partnering with the Critical Therapy Center from an executive perspective on the problems they are seeking to address and layout a framework of what a successful solution would look like.
The partnership between the client and the Critical Therapy Center will be tailored to the client’s unique needs.
